The Toast
Springwood Bar Service
Springwood’s bar service consists of non-alcoholic beverages (including soft drinks, mixers, juices and ice), bar and bartenders. This service is included in all of our reception packages.
The client provides all alcoholic beverages served by Springwood’s RAMP-trained bartenders (Responsible Alcohol Management Program in PA). Recommendations for stocking your bar are available upon request.
Springwood bartenders will serve signature drinks, but they must come pre-made. You can drop them off the day of the event along with the alcoholic beverages that will be served at your event.
Fees
There is no corking fee for Springwood's Bar Service.
If you want wine served to each guest at dinner, there is a fee of 2.25/person to do so. The bar is open during the meal service, however, permitting guests to go to the bar to get their drink of choice. (Mimosas at showers are also 2.25 per person attending the event.)
Springwood uses large urns to serve iced tea. Also, our chef has some delicious lemonade and non-alcoholic punch recipes. These latter options are an additional charge, depending on your choices.
There are two bartenders for up to 150 guests; additional bartenders are added if needed for a guest count greater than 150. If you want an extra bar and/or bartender, there is an additional fee depending on the additional service requested.
Policies & Conditions
No shots or energy drinks are served at any time (not even for a “money dance”), and alcoholic favors are not permitted.
Service of alcoholic beverages always ends one hour prior to the end of the event. Guests can get their last drink for that last hour, but they will not be able to get more to go.
Springwood reserves the right to limit the alcohol consumption of any guest at any time.
Bartenders must be provided by Springwood; the client is not permitted to provide bartenders.
Nothing can be left overnight before the event or after the event. The drop-off time on the day of the event for all the items you want to use on that day is 10 AM, unless an alternate time is pre-arranged.
