The Villa at Springwood is a picturesque outdoor venue for wedding ceremonies with not one but two spectacular waterfalls and other scenic locations around the beautiful grounds. The Villa at Springwood can be used as a stand-alone venue or in conjunction with The Springwood Manor.
Lower Waterfalls
The 55-foot drop of the Lower Falls is our most popular site for outdoor weddings, offering a stunning visual backdrop of limestone as well as the sight and sound of falling water. The Lower Falls stands as the coveted place for event photos and sightseeing.
The Dome at Upper Falls
The Dome, situated near the Upper Falls, offers a flat, wide-open space for guest seating and an elegant wrought-iron dome as the focal point for your ceremony. The surrounding evergreens and tree-filled hills offer seclusion and privacy, while the nearby burbling brook and many birds making their homes in the woods offer ambient sound.
Tent (Rain Plan)
From May through October, a 30' x 40' tent covers a side-yard patio that naturally flows from the pool area and from the upper waterfall wedding ceremony site. On rare occasions, this tent (capacity of 100 guests set up chapel style) is used when an outdoor wedding ceremony must be moved to shelter. An additional tent can be rented to accommodate a larger guest count.
Overnight Accomodations
Springwood's Villa Suite is a well-equipped, air-conditioned brick home, providing our guests with privacy and convenience. The Villa offers extended stays, weekly lodging or overnight accommodations for out-of-town guests, and is a frequent choice for bride and bridesmaids to get ready for the main event. Minimum two-night stay.
