Magnificent in Bloom
Flowers are an integral part of the Springwood experience. Each new season brings new growth and natural beauty around the grounds—hyacinths, rhododendron, wisteria, wonderfully fragrant viburnum, hydrangea, and even winter berries make their appearance, along with the horticultural symphony of trees and shrubs that pay tribute to Springwood’s past as a nursery.
How long each natural floral display will last is uncertain, but they astonish and amaze with their beauty and simplicity. We suggest that clients visit Springwood around the time and season of your event to see what may be in bloom.
Flower & Decoration Placement
As part of our packages, Springwood provides the services of a florist to assist with your floral arrangements. You may bring in any flowers, potted or arranged, that can be dropped off on the morning of the event, placed, and removed after the event. Centerpieces will be placed by our staff on the tables when ready. No items may be left at Springwood overnight, before or after the event; and no items may be prepared, put together or arranged at Springwood.
All decorations, both inside and outside, that are attached in any way to a structure, must be created, attached and removed by Springwood staff. This includes bows, ribbons, and floral additions to the atrium, balcony, deck, pavilion or ceremony staircase, as well as pergolas, gazebos, dome, or tents.
