Classically Casual
The Villa at Springwood is equally suited for outdoor wedding receptions, poolside barbeques, Sunday brunches, family reunions, unique corporate events, a romantic get-away for your first anniversary or a lively, outdoor dance party. Although the grounds of The Villa at Springwood are contiguous to The Manor, there is a separate entrance and separate parking. It can be used as a stand-alone venue or in conjunction with The Springwood Manor.
Poolside Events
Measuring 20' x 30', the in-ground heated pool and its spacious surrounding patio offers a private, casual setting for rehearsal dinners (such as our famous poolside barbecue), graduation parties, bar/bat mitzvah celebrations, and family reunions with fun for all ages. Day or night the privacy and romance is unmatched.
Tented Outdoor Events
The majestic white tent that has been witness to many wedding receptions and other social and business events on Springwood grounds continues to enhance the experience of Springwood's guests at the Villa at Springwood. The tent is also used on those rare occasions when we must move an outdoor wedding ceremony to shelter. More often, however, a dance floor and dining tables transform the area to a wonderful outdoor ballroom for receptions and dancing.
The Villa Grounds
The Villa grounds include nine acres abundant with nature’s best features: towering trees surrounding large, open grassy knolls, flowering bushes, a covered bridge, three ponds, a stone-lined stream, and two spectacular waterfalls—one a 55' drop over a natural stone quarry site. Take a virtual stroll and imagine yourself and your guests enjoying this beautiful, fresh-aired space with photo opportunities galore.
Overnight Accommodations
Springwood's Villa Suite is a well-equipped, air-conditioned brick home, providing our guests with privacy and convenience. The Villa offers extended stays, weekly lodging or overnight accommodations for out-of-town guests, and is a frequent choice for bride and bridesmaids to get ready for the main event. Minimum two-night stay.
