Private Celebrations
The natural beauty of Springwood provides a relaxing and elegant environment for wedding receptions, holiday parties, cocktail receptions, or other private events. The dozen rooms, three-tier deck, and stone patios will 
entertain and astonish your guests. Although our wedding package prices are based on a minimum of 100 guests, Springwood has been the site of wedding receptions for intimate gatherings of 50 to more elaborate events of more than 200 guests.Food service for private events is provided on site by Springwood. Included in our packages are round tables and natural chivari chairs, linens, stemware (wine and flute), use of the sound system and piano. Springwood centerpieces and decorations, as well as a reception coordinator, are also included in certain packages. Limited overnight accommodations are available at Springwood's Villa; nearby hotels with shuttle service are listed under Accommodations and Area Attractions.
The grounds are a delightful backdrop for pictures or a quiet stroll. Fireplaces throughout the house provide warmth and charm for dessert and coffee.
Business Events
From planning retreats and brainstorming sessions to board meetings and presentations, Springwood provides a relaxing, creative atmosphere for business events. Whether the primary objective is planning, team building, 
cost cutting, or professional development, the Springwood manor with multiple break-out rooms and its natural setting facilitates the focus and level of intensity required.Springwood can accommodate business groups up to one hundred people. The facilities are equipped with a sound system (indoors and outdoors) and high-speed wireless internet connectivity. Other equipment such as data projector, video, easels and flip charts are available for rent. Springwood's chef will plan and prepare meals and refreshments onsite. Use the patio for a break or casual lunch, move your brainstorming session outdoors, and take advantage of the walking trails for some exercise.
