Food Service: In-House Chef
Since 2004 Springwood has had 
an in-house chef named DAVID HILL, who brings exquisite dining and creative presentation of food to Springwood guests. David has had catering, restaurant, and country club experience throughout the Pittsburgh area; now Springwood guests are able to savor his wonderful food at all of our events.Periodically, in our off-season (from weddings), Springwood offers an evening of food "tasting," along with an hour of professional dance instruction. This enables our clients and the public to taste food we select from our various menus. Watch for these special events on Springwood's HOME PAGE: Learn to Dance and Sample Chef David's Cuisine. Alternatively, if you wish to have a private "tasting" of specific menu items prepared by Chef David at Springwood for up to 6 guests, Chef David must approve the time and the specific menu items selected. There is an additional charge for this service. Note that not all menu items are suitable for such tastings.
